We are looking for a new team member in the role as

Junior Quality Engineer (m/f/d)- 100%
Location: Raron (VS), Switzerland

Type of Contract: permanent employment

Startdate: in alignment with the candidate’s availabilities, preferably 01.03.2026

Shift: No

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform capability studies on critical processes.
Support quality improvement, CAPA, and non‑conformance activities.
Monitor processes and analyze operational data for optimization.
Conduct first article inspections and maintain visual aids.
Prepare defect analysis reports and support MRB activities.
Assist with internal and external audits.
Perform line and product audits.
Participate in continuous improvement (CAC) initiatives.
Support Quality Engineering in APQP.
Follow all safety, health, and security procedures.
YOUR BACKGROUND
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Experience in quality assurance, manufacturing, or process engineering is an advantage.
Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and methods (e.g., SPC, capability studies).
Understanding of CAPA, NC processes, APQP, and audit methodologies.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and data‑interpretation skills.
Ability to work cross‑functionally and communicate effectively across teams.
High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
Ability to follow established procedures and comply with safety and security requirements.
