Media Operations Coordinator - Technical Support (H/F) - CDI

Profile

Education: Commercial CFC with technical affinity or Technical CFC with an interest in administration and media content
- Languages ; French C2 and English B2 (written), every other language is an asset
- IT Skills; Comfortable working with IT tools, experience with video editing software, and content management is a strong asset.

Missions

- Ticket Triage & First Response: Support the team by managing the initial triage of incoming tickets, resolving non-technical requests such as part number indentification, documentation, and general information.
- Telemetry & Asset Administration: Execute the day-to-day management of asset within the telemetry system and handle the creation and distribution of customer logins.
- Video Production & Library Management : Shoot, edit, and organize technical "how-to" videos, working under the guidance of experienced technicians for technical accuracy.
- Knowledge Base Management; Maintain the company knowledge base by writing and updating support articles to ensure information is accessible and current.
- Operational Support: Provide administrative and logistical support to the team of trainers and technicians to ensure smooth department workflows.
