Home Office: Yes, Typically 3-4 days per week on site at the Visp location

**Your tasks:**

* Supporting data migration and data analysis activities related to QMS documents
* Supporting the implementation and local deployment of Veeva Vault system
* Create and maintain **Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)** and system documentation
* Ensure **data quality and consistency** during migrations and daily operations
* Support **regulatory compliance audits** related to QMS data

 

**Your Profile:**

* High School Diploma or Bachelor in Computer Science or Technology; or equivalent professional experience.
* 1-3 years of experience in a GMP regulated environment, preferably within Quality Systems, Documentation, or Digital Quality
* Hands on experience with Veeva Knowledge or similar electronic document / knowledge management systems
* Proven experience in data migration, data analysis, and data quality activities
* Strong IT affinity and ability to work with digital systems and structured data
* Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
* Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data integrity
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
* Good command of English (written and spoken) and Business level German required
