Coronavirus measures
- The number of participants for the events is limited so that distances and precautions defined by the FOPH can be respected.
- A person who shows COVID-19 symptoms or has been in contact with an infected person is not allowed to participate in the Welcome Events to protect other participants.
- Participants who were affected by the coronavirus are only allowed to take part in the Welcome Events until 48 hours after the symptoms have subsided.
- A person older than 65 and individuals who have the following diseases are considered to be particularly at risk: High blood pressure, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, chronic respiratory diseases, diseases and therapies that weaken the immune system, cancer (details according to the BAG homepage). They are recommended to refrain from participating in events until further notice. The decision and the participation are the responsibility of the participants.

Welcome Events
Welcome Events take place during the first full week of each month to get to know and experience Valais. Discover the broad variety of leisure activities offered. The Welcome Events are especially, but not exclusively for people who are new in Valais. The events are an excellent opportunity to make new contacts, to get to know Valais and to share your passion.
